At ServiceUp, I've served as a consultant setting up BigQuery, Stitch and Looker Studio as their first baseline for reporting in addition to helping set up their first event pipeline to stream data into BigQuery.

Working with a start up, I've worked out smaller scale, cheaper and scrappier solutions to help get their reporting off the ground.

At Articulate, I led several database migrations to centralize data into Snowflake from BigQuery and Redshift.

My proudest moments here center around providing the team the processes and tools that allow them to flourish and deploy their work with confidence (Quality CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, rapid local environment deployments to name a few)

I've also partnered with our product engineering teams to standardize our event streaming definitions with a schema registry. This registry has helped to provide a shared language between product, data and engineering when defining new event streams.

At The Zebra, I advocated for the founding of the Analytics Engineering role as a key part of our Data & Engineering teams. My initial work implementing data-build-tool in conjunction with Snowflake as a “technical analyst” laid the groundwork for the Analytics Engineering team here.

I’ve worked tirelessly since then to continue improving the data environment here with new tools and frameworks such as Fivetran for out of the box ETL, funnel.io for API integration management and Prefect for our data refresh job orchestration.

My proudest moment yet within this data organization was partnering with our Data Engineering team to design a SQL unit testing framework alongside a regression testing framework to increase confidence in deployments and build trust in our data integrity.

Under Armour was foundational in my early career as a data practitioner. As an analyst on the Project 20/Twenty transition team, I partnered with SAP ERP implementation consultants to translate old data models into a new SAP HANA data environment.

This first forray into data modeling drove me to pursue more work in the data sphere as part of the core Under Armour BI team. On the BI team, I focused on creating and maintaining data models for the Retail and E-Commerce teams.

Outside of work, I’m active in the local Paris music scene and produce music under the name NOT FROM PARIS.

The rest of my time is spent reading anything I can get my hands on, visting the various museums and art installations of the city of lights and finding something good to eat.

My university experience was foundational to my career trajectory.

While my Finance degree has provided me with a solid foundation of how to measure business success, I've also had the opportunity to explore the complexities and inner workings of the different business systems that keep an operation running with my second degree in Information Systems.
